Won’t Help Me With Hacked Facebook Account
My Facebook account was hacked. The website seems unwilling to help me resolve the issue or restore control of my account in any way. My identification was checked. I’ve been given the green light to recover access to my account now that it’s been authenticated. I am grateful to you for your assistance.
The hacker, however, has replaced my email address with his own and has also taken my phone number and given it to himself in its place. Additionally, he has changed my email address to his own. In addition to that, he has substituted his own email address for mine in all of my online profiles. In the time that I was away, both of these items were completed. The first part of the two-step verification process is completed successfully.
However, I am unable to go to the next phase because this is the situation. The first one gets delivered to my inbox at my email address, and the second one is sent to the phone I have in my possession. Because he changed my phone number, I am unable to access the code that they provided to me via my phone and that they sent to me via my phone. This is because they sent it to me via my phone.
If it’s even remotely possible, I’d really like it if I could have a conversation with a real person on Facebook. I don’t like to email some effn robot! FIX MY ACCOUNT!! Do I absolutely require the services of a lawyer at this moment?
