No refund for order confirmed returned
I purchased 2 products from their site on March 25th.The order was delivered to me on March 30th as Cash on delivery(I opted this deliberately as I am new to their site).But, the product in the site and the one I received did not match my expectations.Hence I returned the order via DTDC on the same day.I got confirmation from DTDC, that the courier reached them on April 1st (within just 2 days, faster than their delivery apparently). Now when I am checking with them in their Whatsapp account they are not responding for my refund.My refund amount required is Rs:3289/- plus the courier charges incurred is Rs:1000/- ,besides all the mental agony is even more.
