Creativegiftss False Advertising And Bad Customer Service
For Christmas, I purchased a reborn baby boy doll for my daughter from Creativegiftss. I couldn’t believe how genuine it appeared on the Creativegiftss website. It cost $78 Canadian for a doll this lifelike and adorable. When I opened the gift, I was shocked to see that this doll is awful. I emailed to express my disappointment that this doll exhibited little resemblance to the one I had ordered. I was told they utilized the same face mold and that the difference was due to the apparel, and I was granted a 12% refund.
My response was emphatic. I’d like a full reimbursement. I’m out of money and can’t give it to my daughter.
Do not waste your time or money by ordering from this company. What a fraud!
User advice: Don’t spend your time or money!!
The monetary loss is $78.
Best approach: A complete reimbursement.
