terrible customer service
came to my home three Saturdays in a row for Homelife security system dead batter in door and finally fixed on third call shere we had to sit for a total of 6 hours for service calls.
was on phone for 1.5 hours to schedule tv repair and pick up of box for security system and they never showed u to pick up box and waited 2 hours for a no show.
was on the phone three times on 9-13, got cut off after 24 minutes then again after 29 minutes and last call took 55 minutes waiting 2 hours of my time a though I work for them when we have a service contract. told tech three times to mail new remote and still has not arrive. tv is still not working.
