Costco Pharmacy Complaint
As a dissatisfied user of Costco Pharmacy, I highly advise against using their online services based in California. One of the most significant issues I have encountered is the system’s inability to fill multiple prescriptions per email address. As a result, I was forced to set up separate accounts for each member of my family, including my young children. This process was time-consuming and frustrating, and it made managing our medication orders much more challenging.
Another problem I have faced is the Costco Pharmacy website‘s unpredictable behavior when it comes to auto-refills. I have found that the website arbitrarily turns off auto-refills, which is a significant inconvenience for those who rely on regular medication. Having to manually request refills is not only a hassle, but it can also take up to two or more weeks to receive them, even when opting for 2-day delivery. In my experience, the medication rarely arrives on time, leaving me waiting for ten days or more.
Overall, I cannot recommend the online services offered by Costco Pharmacy. The issues I have faced, such as the inability to fill multiple prescriptions per email address, the arbitrary turning off of auto-refills, and the extended wait times for medication, have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. If you are looking for a reliable and convenient pharmacy service, I suggest you look elsewhere.
