Want my clock back.
Contracted this clocksmith 12/8/20, paid $125 retainer fee. His business card is “The Clock Doc” although I cannot find it on the internet. Have spoke with him twice, on 2/1 and 2/10. He promised me my grandfather clock back in a week, and now 2 weeks have passed and nothing. I called 2/25 and today 2/26. No answer. I left messages, no return calls. He was recommended to me by a reliable source but I can’t seem to get my clock back and it’s a family heirloom. I’m in tears over this. Please help me. Donna
