Horrific warranty Service-They cover nothing
We signed up for Choice Warranty 3 years ago. We have had 4 claims and they only paid for one and that repair is not even completed yet,
When we signed on for their plan, we informed them we had an above ground pool and an above ground spa. They told us they would cover that. When we had a claim in August of 2020 for our spa, they all of a sudden did not cover any above ground items. Back and forth with them they informed me that they would refund me for the premiums for those items to a tune of Approx. $350.00. Back and forth with them again and they insisted on a paper trail from the Spa company for the actual repair. A repair they wouldn’t cover anyway. With covid and all it took a while for the paperwork to get to them and now they are refusing to issue us a refund as promised because the time is up for our refund! How ridiculous!
They took our money. They are thieves…
We had a main sewer back up problem 2 years ago and for weeks they couldn’t find anyone to come out and fix the problem. Another thing we paid for that the warranty could not. Waste of money again!
They didn’t cover the washing machine leaking door either. They have covered NOTHING for all the money we have paid in the last 3 years.
I am still waiting on another covered repair for my oven.
DO NOT sign up with this company! All they will do is take your money and make every excuse NOT to repair anything!!!
