Broken Promise
Contacted District Manager 909-497-4071 on 5/6/2021 to advise that the location was NOT charbroiling burgers and that my purchase was unsatisfactory. She was aware of situation and was going to send out a gift card for replacement value. Never received and have continued to contact via text and phone and is avoiding contact. Restaurant location advises that it is District Manager problem to resolve as they are unaware of my complaint
