Byjus Scam – Not Responding And Not Refunding
Hi, I wanted to file a complaint regarding the Byjus scam.
After making an additional payment for my Byju subscription on June 21, 2022. I subsequently contacted customer support via email to obtain a refund. Despite this, we have not received a response to our inquiry from Byjus.
In order to view the data pertaining to the transaction ID. Kindly refer to the screenshot that has been included in this post. On June 17, 2022, I paid 5,000 rupees via the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) method (which is equivalent to less than one dollar).
In addition to this, I am giving a screenshot of the payment URL that I used on June 19, 2022. In order to make payments of 5,000 and 13,000 rupees, respectively. I am attaching this screenshot to this complaint.
I would appreciate it if you could make an attempt to ask Byjus to repay the additional 5,000 rupees. On June 21, 2022, I sent an email. In spite of this, Byjus has not yet provided a response to the refund request. That I have submitted it to them, and I have been waiting for it.
I would appreciate it if you could make an attempt to get Byjus to start the process of refunding the additional 5,000 rupees as soon as possible.
As a result of the fact, that the Byjus scam has forced me to make an initial payment of 18,000 rupees. Towards the cost of the course, which came to a total of 88,000 rupees. On the other hand, I made an additional 5,000 rupees on June 17, 2022, and I demand a return. Byjus, on the other hand, did not provide us with an answer to our inquiry. Please make sure that the necessary steps are taken against them as soon as it is possible to do so.

Hello, my parents bought the BYJU’S home learning package in June 2020 for INR53000 for 2 years(9th and 10th-only Math and Science). When we were going to book, the academic counselor told us that if you EVER wish to cancel, feel free to call me. For the first month, the classes were normal. The teachers used to teach properly and they were clearing my doubts. Now they only play videos and even
their mentors are not present. I have to wait for a week to get my doubts solved!
So when my parents called the mentor and told her that we want to discontinue the package, she told us that they cannot discontinue the package after 15 days of booking.
#Byjus can’t just force parents if they are not liking the service and teaching methods.
We also are going through financial problems as my father lost his job during the covid lockdown and my mother has to manage the finances of our house.
It really makes me feel very guilty that my parents pay INR 4400 per month EMI for this useless tablet.
I hope everybody reshares as much as possible. You all are my only resort now for helping me to be able to discontinue with this poor learning program
BYJU’S your counselor lied to us and your product is very bad. Please allow us to discontinue with your service and stop charging us every month.
