RE: Cancellation issue
I made a reservation with Booking.com for a stay at Trafford Hall Hotel, Manchester for 30/06/22.
The property was advertised as ‘Free Cancellation’ (screenshots to prove). Unfortunately due to a family matter, we had to cancel. Upon this, i was informed it was non refundable.
My partner spent 2 hours on the hone to explain and request a refund, to no avail. They said the matter would be passed onto management and he would be contacted back, which he has not. I have since tried to resolve this also with no success.
The payment of £64.08 was selected to do so via Klarna, (3x£21.36). They have taken the first with the other 2 to follow. I wish for the first to be refunded and the following to be cancelled.
Any help with this matter would be much appreciated.
