Defective Product Sent and Not Responding to Emails
My Order no is 8779.
The headphones work perfectly fine while listening to music. I am facing an issue while I am using the Headphones during the Zoom/Webex/Teams call. A “baaaaangggg” kind of noise appears during the call and lasts for 5 sec at least. Then it again goes to normal. I have checked with the other person on the call, whether he/she was able to hear the same noise. But they didn’t hear any noise. So its only on my side who hear the “baaang” noise during this online call.
There seems to be some product defect. Recently I have also found that sometimes it gets disconnected automatically during the online calls.
They suggested me to reset the device. Still its not working. They are simply sending emails to and fro. I also raised the complaint online from their website 3-4 times, but still not getting reply from their end.
Request you to get the product replaced for me and take strong action against the company.
