Bio Lyfe Keto Gummies Review – Extremely Bad Experience
On March 16th, I placed an order for a single bottle of Keto Gummy from Bio Lyfe. They had a buy one get one free promotion going on, and the price for one bottle was advertised as $60.00 with free shipping. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email later that day. But to my surprise, I was charged $118.99 for two bottles instead of the expected $60.00. Concerned about the error, I immediately reached out to Bio Lyfe’s customer service, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. Frustrated, I left a message and tried again the next morning, March 17th.
Finally, I managed to speak with a customer care executive who informed me that the order couldn’t be canceled and I would have to pay for both bottles. Feeling deceived, I contacted my credit card company right away and initiated a dispute for the incorrect charge. It took several weeks for the dispute to take effect. It wasn’t until May 28, 2022, that the dispute was officially filed. In the meantime, Bio Lyfe had sent me an email claiming that all future billing had been canceled and my order for two bottles was also canceled.
However, on May 27, 2022, I noticed that a charge of $118.99 had been posted to my credit card. It became evident that Bio Lyfe had not actually canceled my order, despite their email assurances. Out of sheer curiosity and growing frustration. I made another attempt to contact the company, but once again, I received no response. The whole experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the integrity of Bio Lyfe’s practices.
