Builder Unresponsive
To those considering building a home with BC Homes (assuming that is still a viable option in the current economy): have your “builder” give you a list of all the sub-contractors used, sub-contractors contact information, and what those sub-contractors were responsible for. Otherwise, if you try to ask your builder questions pertaining to this at some point down the road, you may not get a response.
