Verizon Overcharged Bill
My name is Kimo Warren and I’m a 63 yr old Veteran and I went to Verizon for home Internet because of the “$35” a month bill, well I guess I was wrong because when I went to pay my bills this month they wanted $118.06. So I called and told them about the plan I’m supposed to be on and that I’m an elderly Veteran on a fixed income and they’re not going to honor the $35 a month plan so I just wanted everyone to know how Verizon home Internet is treating their elderly Veterans today and also let Verizon know that they can’t just get away with conning people rich or poor out of money and not honoring their contracts
