If you are planning to invest your hard-earned money with any of the Sobha city projects or Sobha city malls, Sobha City in Sector 108 on Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon or TATA La-VidaTulip Monsella Sector 53 or even these cities
Sobha City BENGALURU,CHENNAI,COIMBATORE,DELHI NCR,GIFT CITY GUJARAT,KOCHI,KOZHIKODE,MYSURU,PUNE or THRISSUR .
Quality of construction is very cheap. My brother and Aunt booked flat here and the project was 1 year late then anticipated time and 2 years late in promised delivery time. Even after that half the the thing were either missing or were not of same make that was promised. When we started living here we get to know each other in community of extension flats and everyone had same problems even with Sobha city commercial properties. I searched for sobha city complaints and got to know sobha city Bengaluru and other cities also consumer faced same problems.
If you check the Sobha city website you will see nice reviews and testimonials but anna allof them are fake ji. They pay people to make them look good online and hide all Sobha city complaints and reviews.
I dont know why authority doesnt control the builder especially in Delhi NCR and how RERA give approval to such projects. They are not a part of progressive India
