Zero Customer support for failed product
I have had three Rowenta DW9280 irons in 2 1/2 years. Top of the range, expensive. One in my main home, one in vacation home, one a free replacement. All three leaked to the point of being unusable within 10 months of use. One in vacation home started leaking after only six months of use spread over 14 months. Out of warranty- no support available. One in main home purchased Nov 19. Leaking (badly) by April 20, returned May 20, replaced free of charge arrived July 20. Cust Services will not register to warranty as I had no purchase certificate. Had to buy an interim iron, didn’t start using the replacement until Sep 20. Jun 20 leaking, customer services will not replace or refund as it has no warranty even though it was their free replacement.
