Meesho Refund Complaint – Order Not Placed And Amount Debited
Meesho refund complaint – On the 23rd and 24th, I went in to place the order. However, the order was never placed, and without my permission, my money was also taken. When I finally get some cash in my hands. The difference between those two amounts will be 535 rupees, and it will be 386 rupees less than that when I finally get some cash in my hands. In addition, I have sent you screenshots that demonstrate money being taken out of your account.
It would be very helpful for me if you could read it through and get back to me as soon as you possibly can after doing so. I would very much appreciate it. In spite of my calling customer care for Meesho refund complaint and explaining what was going on, the problem that I was having has not been resolved despite the fact what I did so, when you keep sending me the same email over and over again with the same wording. Even though I have already responded to it. Would you be able to kindly assist me in getting my money back by posting screenshots indicating the amount of money being debited from my account as well as the transaction ids?
Additionally, I have attached a significant number of screenshots to my mail sent to Meesho Customer Care. Yet, you have not taken any action regarding the Meesho refund complaint we have been having. Despite the fact that you have received my screenshots. It is absolutely weird that you are not taking any steps to improve this service. Especially considering that I have never encountered anything quite like it before in my life. I have never experienced anything quite like it.
Please assist me with this matter, as I am becoming increasingly aggravated with the services provided by Meesho. Simply put, I want the money that was wrongfully taken from me to be returned.
I contacted meesho and kotak bank several times but no one resolves the problem. But still, my money has not been refunded back to me and transaction reference no is Ref. No. VT222690274017340000163
