Meesho – Different Product Received and Not Getting Refund
I ordered an ‘OM’ wall hanging but received a swastik instead. I have called meesho customer care consecutively for 4 to 5 days…and I had a word with them about thrice a day but they are extremely unsupportive and they just keep on repeating a same line “ham aapki koi sahayeta nhi kr sakte”! Infact one of their executives disconnected the call! Now my money is also not being refunded and they say that their record shows that I got the correct item. Pick up boy cane thrice at my home but is not accepting the swastik. I am fed up with meesho now! Attaching the swastik Received …I want my refund back ASAP
