Extremely Frustrated and Disheartened By Meesho Customer Service
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the ordeal. I have endured while dealing with Meesho customer service. On 28-10-2023, I placed an order for a red anarkali dress, for which I paid INR 690, with the intention of wearing it for Diwali. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that it contained old and used clothing. Which was a far cry from the anarkali dress I had anticipated. To rectify this situation, I initiated a return request and arranged for a pickup through Meesho’s delivery agent. And from there on, my problems began to escalate. The delivery agent, refusing to accept the return, insisted that I register a complaint with Meesho customer service before he would pick up the package and on the other hand Meesho customer service informed me that they could not register a complaint until they saw the return in progress.
I made numerous calls to Meesho customer service, desperately trying to explain my predicament. But I received no real assistance. To make matters worse, I was told that it was now too late to register a complaint as it had been more than 48 hours since the issue began. Despite my persistent attempts to convey that I had initially reached out for help within that timeframe. The Meesho customer service was giving repetitive and unhelpful responses.
In my last attempt, I requested to speak with a senior member of their team. Only to be placed on hold for 30-40 minutes straight without any resolution or senior assistance. This entire experience has left me feeling utterly disheartened and robbed of the opportunity to celebrate Diwali as I had hoped.
My trust in their services has been severely shattered. I sincerely hope that pissed consumer complaints can help me in rectifying this matter. I await your response and resolution to this matter.
