Mcdonalds India – Payment Not Refunded Back
On July 14, 2022, I utilized the McDonalds India mobile app in an effort to place an order for burgers. Unfortunately, the order was never processed. I initiated the payment for my order. Despite the fact that my money was processed without a hitch. I did not receive proof that it had been sent. The payment has been already debited from my bank account. For the order I placed on the McDonalds India mobile app.
Even attempting to get in touch with McDonalds India customer support was fruitless. Because they didn’t help me out with this issue. They didn’t take any responsibility for this mishappening. On the other hand, I did not find that to be of any assistance in any way. Because of a mistake that was made, my money was taken out of my account without getting an order in return. Thus, I demand that it be refunded to me as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot for you to take a look at so that it is more convenient for you. It would be very helpful if you could review the initial transaction.
It is common knowledge that McDonalds is a reliable brand for many years. But in my case, they are not helpful at all in settling my concern regarding my payment.
I’ve decided to file my complaint as a very last resort. Because there are no other options left. Due to the fact that McDonalds India has not offered me any assistance up to this point. I am completely out of options right now. I am quite certain that you will be able to assist me in resolving this issue and finding a solution to it. In the future, I will be keeping an eye out for a response to the complaint that I have already sent.
