Marlboro Rewards Program Issue – Missing Points And Non-Functional Coupons
Upon visiting the Marlboro website, I encountered a major issue that has left me greatly dissatisfied. I have been a loyal participant in the Marlboro Rewards Program and have accrued over 15,000 points. However, they are no longer visible on the website. Additionally, I am unable to find a section where I can enter my pack codes. This leaves me wondering, what has happened to my Marlboro Rewards Program points?
I have invested a significant amount of time in building up my points by entering pack codes, watching videos, and engaging in various activities on the website. It is disheartening to have all my efforts go to waste without any explanation or warning. I was hoping to use my accumulated points toward something meaningful. But it seems as though that may no longer be possible.
Furthermore, I have noticed a significant decrease in the number of coupons I receive from Marlboro. The few mobile coupons that are sent to me do not even work, rendering them useless. I am left with the impression that Marlboro does not value my loyalty as a customer.
As a result, I am considering switching to a different brand of cigarettes that offers more incentives and appreciates my business. It is unacceptable for a company to treat its customers this way, especially after I have made it clear that I am a dedicated Marlboro customer by entering pack codes on the Marlboro website regularly.
In conclusion, I implore Marlboro to address this issue and provide me with an explanation for the disappearance of my Marlboro Rewards Program points. If my loyalty is not valued, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
