Jim Walter Homes Complaint – My Frustrating Experience And Unresolved Issues
I want to share my frustrating experience with Jim Walter Homes, which we purchased around two years ago. Since then, we have encountered numerous issues with our home, and our attempts to address them have been met with disappointment. Despite reaching out to their support staff multiple times. We consistently receive evasive responses, as if the moment we received the keys, the responsibility for any problems was no longer theirs. This begs the question: what is the purpose of their warranty?
To make matters worse, even the slightest delay in payment results in a barrage of harassing phone calls. With relentless demands for us to vacate the premises. I’ve been subjected to countless remarks insinuating that I cannot afford the home, as if it’s my fault. The truth is, I can’t afford it because the quality is abysmal, and I’m constantly burdened with repairs.
It’s high time something is done about Jim Walter Homes and their disrespectful employees. In fact, we’ve taken the step of hiring a lawyer who is willing to confront the company on our behalf. If you’re also facing similar issues with your home and are ready to see some tangible results, I encourage you to consider taking decisive action as well.
