JC Penney – Poor Quality Jean
About two weeks ago, I went out and got a new pair of jeans from JC Penney. After only four times of wearing them, the right rear pocket tore away from the pants completely. As a direct consequence of this, my underwear was shown for all to see in the space that existed between the pocket and the jeans.
I have to exchange this pair for a new one. But I can’t find the receipt that was included with the first purchase. The RN number for this item is 94579, and the size of the jean is 36 by 32 inches. The following data may be deciphered from the tag that has been stitched into the garment: F08936, 781178, 5354156, 001, R7564, and C.
I have made several attempts to get in touch with the JC Penney customer care support team in order to convey the level of worry that I have over this problem. On the other hand, they didn’t show a lot of concern for the problem that I was having. I started to feel very frustrated as a result of the manner that they were treating me.
Although it is true that I did not carry my receipt with me. I do not believe that this should give them permission to sell things of such low quality. Just because I did not have it with me. After that, they provided the individual who had purchased the product with poor support to the customer service department. They will not receive any additional business from me as a consumer of theirs in the future.
