Hyundai Venue – Repeated Issue With Gear Rod
In November of last year, I purchased a vehicle (HYUNDAI VENUE IMT). My problem is with the gear rod, which becomes stuck while driving and refuses to move. I had the same issue in July. The company fixed it by replacing the actuator plates. However, the same issue has arisen within 6 months. The problem now is that they are saying that the actuator plates will be replaced again.
I’m curious as to why the actuator plates are becoming damaged. How can I change them once a year? (it costs heavily). I’d like the company to explain why actuator plates are getting damaged year after year. This is the new Hyundai Venue model that was released. I’d like to inquire whether the company conducted adequate road tests before releasing the vehicle. I can’t keep paying for the same problem year after year.
