Threatened to slap my friend in the face
Bought tickets to an event here and was greeted with very nasty bouncers and security. We ignored them and proceeded to go in. Went into the toilet not realising that there were separate queues. So my friend went one way and I went the other way. Immediately security stopped her before she even entered the cubicle and told her she has to leave. We tried to explain but he threatened to slap my friend in the face. So we followed them outside where we tried to explain but were rudely ignored and told to stop wasting time. They didn’t let us go back into get our jackets either so had to wait in the freezing cold whilst one of the bouncers took their time to give our jackets back. None of us were drunk as we’d only just got there so it was completely unjust. Would never risk wasting money there ever again.
