Not Refunding My Money And Harassing
Only a portion of the items that I had purchased was included in the most recent order. That I placed with Dhani Pharmacy (order number EP2769758).
I placed an order for six boxes. Each of which would contain four bottles of deksel neo syrup. With a capacity of 5 milliliters. Each box would be shipped to the address that I provided. They have only sent one bottle and one box, both of which are 5ml in capacity.
The total cost of the order is Rs. 1619.
They were kind enough to send me the products, each of which costs roughly 250 Indian Rupees.
Since I first brought this situation to dhani pharmacy’s attention twenty days ago, I still have not gotten either a reimbursement or any additional information. Please let me know what is taking so long. They are claiming that they have completed the order’s processing in its entirety at this point.
I am annoyed because in spite of the several calls and follow-ups that I have made, we have not been able to find a solution to the problem. Simple as it may sound, the fact that dhani pharmacy would hang up on you without providing any form of solution qualifies as harassment on their part.
I just do not have the luxury of being irresponsible with my finances. It would mean a lot to me if you could help me get this money back. I am hoping that you will help me out with getting my money back as earlier as possible.
This complaint contains proof in the form of a screenshot that I have saved as a piece of evidence that may be requested for further inspection.
