No delivery of purchased item
This is a letter that I wrote to this unscrupulous merchant:
Dear Sirs,
I am really concerned. This is one of many emails that I had sent to you concerning the delivery of my laundry folder which I had purchased way back on August 23rd. It is now October 23rd and TWO MONTHS since I purchased this item!!! In the past I have gotten the same panned excuse that you are having distribution problem due to the COVID pandemic. At this point I am fed up with your dismissive and cavalier attitude of ignoring my need for some accountability as to where my purchase is. In the past I have had the experience of dealing with unscrupulous over seas merchants who have deceptively taken my hard earned money and not delivered the goods.
I need for you to reassure me that you are honest merchants by simply giving me tracking information detailing the whereabouts of my items. If you can not do this then kindly refund my money. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours I will go to my bank and have the transaction reversed
