Comfort INN Rooms Deposit Refunds
My family and I stayed in Comfort INN hotel Tuesday 01/02 thru Friday 01/05 of this year. In addition to the Rooms fees, the adminstration of the hotel held a $50 deposits for each room and assured us to credit back the deposits within 5 business from the checking out date. I have made several phone calls sent couple emails to the Comfort INN management. Their responses is ” We will take a look at your situation and will give you a call back” I have been hearibg the same statement for the last 4 or 5 days.
I want my money back. I am 64 years old sick and need funds and money to undergo medical care.
Your prompt attention to this urgent matter is greatly appreciated.
