Keep Getting BioLife Coupons But No Appointment
I am constantly getting Biolife coupons to entice individuals to begin coming in and donating. On the other hand, I have attempted to schedule a meeting on a number of occasions. But I have never been successful in doing so. As a consequence of this, the company in question needs to come up with an alternative strategy for managing to schedule.
Nevertheless, I was only able to secure one appointment, and that was for a physical exam in conjunction with a blood donation. I was quite disappointed. I drove twenty miles to get there, just to be told that the system was broken. That it shouldn’t have allowed me to arrange the appointment at 3:30 p.m. The appointment was planned for 3:30 p.m., and I arrived there only to be told that the system was broken. I told the manager working at that location at the time that I had tried calling the offices multiple times to find out what I was supposed to bring.
But I was unable to get through. Because there is no Staffing employee of Biolife Plasma that responds to calls or takes calls. You are unable to get through to them to find out if an appointment you schedule will be accepted or not. Which is pretty messed up even though we do have Biolife coupons. Because of this, you are unable to determine if an appointment you schedule will be accepted. Because there is no member of the Staffing team that responds to calls. I was unable to get in touch with any of the offices.
Desired outcome: Just wanted to get an appointment as soon as possible, as well as a discount voucher to make up for the amount of money. I spent on diesel driving 40 miles out just to be told that I couldn’t get an appointment. The voucher should be for the same amount as the amount of money I spent on diesel.
