Non-Refund For Cancelled Flight
I booked a flight with PNR 173LJ4 for 1st November 2022. The flight was cancelled by Arik Air Limited at the last minute. I applied for a refund and I have also submitted all the requested documents.
Currently, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed today. Despite my repeated attempts, I have not received a response from Arik Air Refunds (all I ever got was an auto-response acknowledging receipt of the mail). Arik Air Limited’s refund phone number has also been unanswered.
I have no idea why Arik would refuse to refund my money for a cancelled flight they booked for me. Is it necessary for me to go to court in order to receive my refund before I can request it?
It is the refusal of Arik Air Limited Refund to respond to emails or phone calls with explanations of the status of the refund. This is the most irritating thing about the refund process with them.
