Ancestry – Ridiculous DNA Test Results
I paid $108.00 for Ancestry DNA test. What I received back was a statement that I was Jewish and my forebears were from eastern and western Europe.
Being Jewish is a religion, not a nationality. This is ridiculous. Not everyone in east and western Europe is Jewish. I expected some identification From Ancestry website of my forebears geographic characteristics; for example, sub-Saharan, east Asian, etc.
Ancestry staff is telling me that I am Jewish and that my forebears are from Europe is no mystery worth $108.00 for a DNA test. I’ve known this since childhood. Just idiotic! This is a rip-off! Not only that, they do not answer emails you send to them.
