Verizon Sold Me An Old iPad Pro
Last December I went in the Verizon store across the street from Lakeside Mall in Metairie. And bought an iPad Pro. I asked the salesman for the latest generation. I called Verizon customer service was going the runaround and disconnected 3x. Only one girl called back. They wanted me to pay off what I owed another 800$ and be upgraded. When I said no they blamed on store and told me to
Go to the Verizon store and talk to customers. When I first hit my phone they sold me a used one and it was supposed to be new. There should be good faith. I feel terribly taken advantage of and ripped off. Its fraud.
