Item Not Received From Shein
I am a regular shopper on Shein as everybody else is… now. I made a recent order which was not delivered among a few others in the past.
Then I reported to Shein I did not get my order and they refuse to give me a refund. All orders placed on Shein are marked received once I get them, so why do they refuse to issue a refund!?
This service is unacceptable and I need them to be investigated.
