AT&T – Horrific Billing and Service Experience
I’m being charged for service that I didn’t receive a telephone plan changed without my knowledge or permission. I made many contacts with AT&T customer support to straighten this out. Was connected to wrong department an talked to very rudely. Asked for a recording of me approving this an was hung up on. I’m being charged late fees, I’ve never been late or missed a payment.
I’m constantly being lied to about promos an the use of pay channels. Before my bill came out AT&T told me to pay a certain amount which I did an said it was noted to my account.
When I received my bill it was more than $100 over my last bill an all types of false charges. The agent who told me what to pay I believe she lied to just get me off the phone. Now I’m being threatened with a cutoff. I’ve asked the company to check my record an tell me who made these false arrangements an when.
When looking at the bill AT&T charging me for promos i didn’t have. They changed my phone to where i’m paying for long distance an late fee charges where I’ve never been late. I was already paying $60 a month for unlimited calling an most of all I live in the areas that was being called. AT&T really messed me up an I need this put out there an some compensation.
