When to Write a Review
You can write a review if you've had a recent, genuine experience with a business. Reviews are a great way to share your feedback, whether it’s from an online order, a visit to a store, or any other interaction with a company's products or services. Just ensure your experience happened within the last 12 months to keep the information relevant.
Important Note: If you’ve been offered an incentive to write a review, such as discounts, monetary rewards, or gifts, please refrain from doing so. Incentivized reviews can undermine the integrity of the platform. If you’ve received an incentive, you can report it to us here.
Don’t Write Fake or Biased Reviews
Honesty is key. Please avoid making up experiences or writing reviews on behalf of others. If you’re closely associated with a company, work for them, or are in competition with them, it’s best to refrain from reviewing that business to avoid any conflicts of interest.
Also, receiving an incentive to write, change, or delete a review is strictly prohibited.
Keep Proof of Your Experience
We encourage you to keep documentation of your experience with the company, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or a screenshot of your chat with customer service. This may be requested to verify your review.
Play Nice
Our platform thrives on respectful contributions. Please avoid posting anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene. Don’t lie, bully, blackmail, or engage in any illegal activities. Let’s keep the conversation constructive.
Writing a Great Review
The most impactful reviews clearly explain what happened and allow readers to draw their own conclusions. Remember, we don’t get involved in disputes between reviewers and businesses. Our role is to provide a platform for sharing experiences, not to mediate conflicts.
Promos Are No-Nos
Keep your reviews focused and relevant. Avoid including promotional references, marketing material, or links. This is not the place to sell products, offer discounts, or form action groups.
Keep Private Information Private
Your reviews are public, so it’s important to protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Avoid sharing personal information like names, phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses. Safety and privacy are paramount.
Check the Domain You’re Reviewing
Before posting your review, double-check that you’re reviewing the correct company and country domain. Posting on the wrong profile can lead to confusion and headaches later on.
Your User Account
To post a review, you need a user account. Please ensure your account is connected to a valid, permanent email address in case we need to contact you. Your username, profile description, and picture should reflect who you are and must not be harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene.
You’re allowed one user account. If you create multiple accounts or include inappropriate content, we may delete your account(s).
Edit or Delete Your Review
Your review belongs to you, so you can edit, update, or delete it at any time. If you’ve had multiple experiences with a business, it’s fine to write more than one review, but avoid bombarding the business with too many reviews.
Everyone Can Flag Reviews
Help us maintain the quality of our platform by flagging problematic reviews. Only flag a review if you genuinely believe there’s an issue, and please be fair and consistent. We’ll review flagged content and take action if necessary.
Dealbreakers
While we support freedom of expression, some content is unacceptable. If your review is flagged for violating our guidelines, we may temporarily hide it and ask you to make changes. Serious misuse of our platform can result in the removal of your reviews and/or the deletion of your account.
Additionally, our software is constantly monitoring for suspicious and fake reviews and will remove them when detected.
Final Words
These guidelines are here to guide you, but we reserve the final say in interpreting and applying them. We may update these guidelines at any time. For more detailed information, feel free to visit our Support Team.
