Sent Dead and Destroyed Plants
Peppy Flora is sending dead and rotten plants. Plants box was destroyed in shipping and one plant Monstera Thai was broken from half and completely rotten. Other one was rotten from half and almost dead.
I ordered plants worth 3500 from https://peppyflora.com/ and upon receiving it I quickly raised concern with the Peppy Flora support team and to my surprise they are very rude and arrogant to handle things. Afterward, I shared pictures as well with support but they didn’t cared. I am a plant lover and that’s why want to save my fellow people of such scams and would love to bring out how these people operate the order and how they charge us a premium amount for vague and dead plants. Please buy from local nursery and be safe and away from there rude support. I am attaching pics as well. I need refund or replacement for my plants and they are deaf to hear that.
