Beware of Peppy Flora: A Plant Lover’s Nightmare

Peppy Flora is sending dead and rotten plants. My recent experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. After ordering plants worth ₹3500 from Peppy Flora, I received a shipment that was not only poorly packaged but also arrived in a deplorable condition. The box was destroyed during shipping, and the plants inside were severely damaged.

One of the plants, a Monstera Thai, was broken in half and completely rotten. The other plant was also in terrible shape, half rotten and nearly dead. As a dedicated plant lover, this was heartbreaking and unacceptable.

Poor Customer Service

Upon discovering the condition of the plants, I immediately contacted Peppy Flora’s support team, hoping for a quick resolution. To my surprise, their response was extremely rude and arrogant. Despite providing them with pictures of the damaged plants, they showed no interest in addressing my concerns. The dismissive attitude of their support team added to my frustration, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Warning to Fellow Plant Enthusiasts

I am sharing my experience to warn fellow plant lovers about Peppy Flora. Their business practices are highly questionable, and they charge premium prices for plants that arrive dead or in poor condition. The lack of proper packaging and the indifferent attitude of their support team are clear indicators of their disregard for customers.

Recommendations

To avoid such scams, I strongly recommend buying from local nurseries where you can inspect the plants before purchasing. Supporting local businesses not only ensures better quality but also fosters community growth.

My Request

Despite my repeated attempts to get a refund or replacement for the damaged plants, Peppy Flora remains unresponsive. I am attaching pictures of the damaged plants as proof of my claims. I urge Peppy Flora to take responsibility and provide a satisfactory resolution with either a full refund or replacement.
