Misleading promotion

I started talking to Chase a couple days ago and explained my situation with my parents recently dying, a previous bankruptcy etc and he said I can do it, I can do it and they have the guarantee of approval or they pay you 500.00. Which they will not stand behind. The stipulations are outrageous like 35% down or a 700.00 payment. Chase hung up on me when I was talking to him about it. No customer service or human decency. Buyer beware
