Ecoline – Poor Product and Service
For more than 2 years we have been trying to resolve excessive condensation on the outside of the newly installed windows by Ecoline.
Whenever we try to contact Ecoline service you always get a recording and are told to file a complaint online. Never can you get to talk to a live person?
Four times we have had the repair person come to the house. Each time the answer is nothing is wrong and they cannot tell us how to resolve the problems. The excuse is that all windows get condensation?? Then why is it only the EcoLine windows have condensation and none of our non-Ecoline windows are clear of condensation??
Getting the run around all the time AND they want to charge $80.00 for each service call – and they do nothing to resolve the problem.
Eco-Line is a poor company to deal with. Extremely dissatisfied and poor customer service.
